    I decided to check out this spot in the food court after coming to Mitsuwa for Matcha Ren. I had the spicy miso ramen combo with the salmon iruka bowl and it was amazing! The spicy miso ramen had a hearty and flavorful broth that was rich with miso and a perfect spicy undertone. The salmon iruka bowl was also well-balanced with the flavor and texture of soft, flaky salmon complementing the salty roe beautifully. I would highly recommend this combo to anyone looking for a great meal at the food court.

    It's always a hit with Santouka! I got the char siu spicy miso ramen and it was enough for me to be satisfied. The broth was flavorful, but not heavy. It is however heavy on the spicy flavor so I couldn't taste too much of the miso but I can still taste some of the umami mixed in with spice. It was basically a spicy umami broth. The noodles itself were thick curly noodles and nice and chewy - perfect texture. It came with mushrooms, bamboo shoot and sesame seed which gave the noodles a different texture. The char siu was pretty good and not overly lean or fatty. Overall a comforting bowl of noodles.

    Delicious!! First time here and the pork cheek is melt in your mouth. Noodles right amount of chewy and broth was rich and full of depth. Standard counter service but friendly and knowledge staff. Classic food court style but clean and well kept. Come early, sure gets busy fast!!

    Came on a Saturday at noon. Busy as heck! Couldn't even place an order until I found a table first so I could put down my groceries from Mitsuwa. Finally got to order and went with the Toroniku Ramen with a soft boiled egg add on. My order took just under 20 mins to be ready, but as I said, it was crazy busy. Slurped that broth as soon as I could and I was pretty impressed with the intensity of the flavors. Pretty darn good! Added all the ingredients and began a wonderful food journey. Noodles texture was just right as well. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!
